Things different here in US

There are several things that quite different here in US compared to Indonesia. Let me list some of them that applied here:
- the electricity is 110-120 V, so there is no use to bring electronics from indo to here unless you have a converter.
- IMHO, mobile phone business is slower than in Indonesia. Why? There is a tendency that people see more in function rather than in style. I don't think people change their mobile phone as fast as we are in Indonesia. :) But I have to check it more...
- Plastic houseware is not too growing. Due to the temperature here, I think people use more glass ware than plastic ware. Some of plasticware that I've brought from Indonesia have already cracked here. It is also more difficult to find plactic ware here in the market.
- Most of the iron are steam iron (I don't know why yet...)
